I've been in the health & fitness industry for over a decade.
I'm passionate about helping people live their happiest & healthiest lives and I believe the best way for me to do this is through health & fitness coaching.
I've been an in-person coach in a gym, online trainer & group fitness instructor. During this time there's one thing I learned.
It's all about community!
The right fitness-based community with common goals is the difference between being consistent with your efforts and not.
That's why we focus so much on it.

“I knew I needed to do something for myself. I was always interested in health & fitness but home life (mom to 3 boys & working full time) time was an issue! I met George for the first time during CarPark fitness!! Then decided to take the next step 12 months ago! I started training in John Mitchels with him at 6am in the morning. People thought I was mad…..I probably am but I haven’t looked back since starting!! I am a morning person so getting up at 5:25am wasn’t too bad!!! The buzz from the classes is just amazing. There is between 4 and 16 of us at the 6am class. We encourage each other, we laugh together, we definitely give out about the exercises but we get it done!! And I leave at 6:45am knowing I put myself first. George and his fellow trainers have such a positive impact, motivate us all to keep going, to push our limits, not to stay static. I use the App to see what classes are planned and I input my details also. It keeps me on track, give me a focus & I love to see progress. I absolutely love the classes, the friends I’ve made (as in fairness we are all a bit mad to be doing a class at 6am!!) and the way I feel about myself! Definitely a positive vibe
“George really helped me push myself to hit my target. He helped me to stop looking at the scales and look at the results my body was showing in the mirror. The food options he had where very taste and easy to make to fit into my busy life. He also gave me exercises to do at home for I find it hard to go into gyms and this really made life easy for me. “I moved to Tralee from London eighteen months ago and never imagined I'd be getting up for half six in the morning & working out by the ocean but since I joined George's classes in Fenit, I haven't looked back. It's such a positive way to start the day and have your workout done before other things can get in the way. George & Thomas are very experienced, supportive coaches & make sure you push yourself but that you have fun too. I always kept quite fit before but I've noticed consistent improvement with the classes as I've got better stamina, I'm more toned & I feel stronger after using the weights. Being new to the area, it's also been a great way to meet a lovely bunch of people as it's a very encouraging, happy group and we help to motivate each other. I'd highly recommend to anyone to come and give it a try, you never regret that early start afterwards!”

“I started George's classes back in November and to say its changed my life would be an understatement. I look forward to going to the classes whether it's twice or 3 times a week, I usually go to the 6.30am class & that 45mins is my time away from kids/the house work/my job & time I can spend on myself and since I've joined the changes have been massive both weight loss & fitness wise. The classes are absolutely brilliant, everyone motivates each other, George & the other instructors are excellent & I have made good friends aswel since Ive joined. Only last mth as a group we climbed mount Brandon it was a lovely day out and the classes definitely have made a difference fitness wise. I have recommended the classes to alot of people . “I couldn’t recommend highly enough! Since I was introduced to George’s early morning classes in Fenit I haven’t looked back. Prior to this, I did a bit of jogging, but suffered from lower back pain. Since joining the class,my back has dramatically improved from the exercises and I feel stronger.Both George and Thomas are highly experienced trainers and encourage you to push beyond your boundaries,something I would never do on my own. You get a fantastic workout in 45 minutes and there is a huge feel good factor after. The time flies as there is so much variety in the workouts and great banter with a great bunch of people.”
“Started with George just to start feeling well in myself physically and mentally. He listened to what I wanted and adjusted the program when needed. We focused on self care and getting a good routine going, especially in the morning to maximise my time. It’s amazing how little changes can make a huge difference. George was always there as support if I didn’t understand anything or also to vent to if I felt I was getting overwhelmed by the process. The exercises were adapted if needed and used what equipment I had. I hit my goals and more and feel only better for it. Will keep smashing them now.”
“I have recently started to attend George’s morning classes in Fenit and I find them really enjoyable.There is a lovely group of regular people that attend, the class starts on time and you get a full workout for the entire class, with different exercises introduced regularly to keep it fresh. George along with his colleague Thomas is very encouraging, explains the exercises correctly and brings a lot of positive energy to each session. It really sets me up for the day and I’m home energised on time to get the kids to school and myself to work.I would highly recommend George Bastible coaching.”
